A solid staple in the 1907 collection, our take on the English Brown Ale is malt forward with a hint of chocolate. To finish, a lighter mouthfeel creates incredible drinkability throughout the year.
5. 1907 Margarita
A collaboration with the Knoxville Rugby Football Club. Founded in 1980, we decided it was way past time the “Possums” had their own namesake post match beverage. A light, crisp body with a floral hop nose and proper bitterness for a German Pilsner and North America’s only marsupial.

Our Pumpkin Ale has a bold, big pumpkin taste, flavored with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. With little bitterness and a malty backbone, the flavors of the pumpkin and spices take the lead.
From the hazelnut capital of the United States, our Hazelnut Brown Ale is a nutty twist on a European brown ale, originally crafted by Rogue Brewmaster John Maier’s good friend and avid home-brewer, Chris Studach. Winner of five Great American Beer Festival medals, this sessional brew showcases Oregon’s state nut with distinct hazelnut flavors and aromas. This award-winning ale remains a fan favorite all year long.
The world’s oldest true beer style This original lager has been a favorite of Bavarian Kings for centuries. To keep this tradition of craftmanship alive, the Schulz family brews this lager according to the Reinheitsgebot. This means no chemicals or preservatives, just quality ingredients for this highly drinkable, dark mahogany beer. Its malty backbone with hints of caramel, nuts, and candied fruit will have you saying, “YodelayHeeHoo!”
Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Look for notes of orange peel, clementine, and light caramel to share the story and sunshine of Florida with beer lovers across the globe.
In the world of tropical IPAs, Flash Cat is one big haze bomb with a silky smooth finish. In-house taste tests of Flash Cat made at least one employee feel like they could shoot lasers from their eyes if they weren’t so busy enjoying more of the tropical fruit aroma and juicy goodness that is this beer.
9% ABV 70 IBU Schlafly – The Saint Louis Brewery
Our brewers decided to both go big and go down under for our latest Limited Time Only offering. Imperial Passionfruit Tasmanian IPA is a mouthful to say and to savor, as this Aussie flavor party is burning with intense notes of pineapple and citrus and then juiced to imperial strength with the addition of Passionfruit curing fermentation.
