2. Peavine Alley IPA     IPA – American

Another claim to fame, Peavine Railroad connected Morristown to Knoxville in the late 1800s. A hop forward, yet sessionable West-Coast Style IPA. Bitter and balanced, this brew is healthily dry-hopped giving it a tropical aroma and smooth taste.

A solid staple in the 1907 collection, our take on the English Brown Ale is malt forward with a hint of chocolate. To finish, a lighter mouthfeel creates incredible drinkability throughout the year.

6. Possum Pilsner     Pilsner – German
5% ABV     35 IBU     Alliance Brewing Company

A collaboration with the Knoxville Rugby Football Club. Founded in 1980, we decided it was way past time the “Possums” had their own namesake post match beverage. A light, crisp body with a floral hop nose and proper bitterness for a German Pilsner and North America’s only marsupial.

Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Our brewers decided to both go big and go down under for our latest Limited Time Only offering. Imperial Passionfruit Tasmanian IPA is a mouthful to say and to savor, as this Aussie flavor party is burning with intense notes of pineapple and citrus and then juiced to imperial strength with the addition of Passionfruit curing fermentation.
