Our taproom operates under a BYO food model and we encourage patrons to bring take-out from any number of Morristown restaurants and eateries. Check with our taproom staff for recommendations. Want to order delivery? Choose from the numerous options that participate with GrubHub or DoorDash. Browse the restaurants, download the app (iOS and Android) and order. Your food will be delivered right to our taproom.
How do I order a draft beverage?
That’s easy! Come up to the bar, order your beer, cider, or soda, and POOF! Beverage. Our staff will ask if you would like to keep your tab open or close it – that’s it! We just ask that you bring your glasses back to the bar or give them to a staff member when you are ready to leave... almost like rewinding the VHS before returning to Blockbuster...
Do I have to be 21 to enter the building?
Nope! We are very family friendly and have options for everyone to enjoy. Individuals under 21 years of age are not permitted to sit at the bar or order alcoholic beverages.
Unfortunately, no. We are not permitted to allow pets inside our building unless they are trained and leashed service animals.
Can I bring in outside alcohol?
No reason to! – we’ve got everything you need, promise!

Kris Yarlett | Owner
Kris Yarlett is a born and raised East Tennessean with passions for family, beer, community, and business. Kris and his wife Hannah, originally from Maryville, have called Morristown home since 2016. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Kris served in several leadership roles within the Air Force including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2010-2011. Additionally, Kris has achieved Masters Degrees in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and Financial Planning from Golden Gate University. In 2013, Kris began his career as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and has been involved in several other businesses around the southeast. In his free time, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoying a good brew!
David Ellis | Owner
David has a love for all things beer! Having lived in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Kansas, he has seen his fair share and looks forward to remembering his experiences with you. David lives in Morristown with his chocolate lab Herschel and calico cat named Bud and is a 35+ year employee of Holston Gases, where he serves in outside sales. He also loves to travel, duck hunt, cook, and visit as many breweries as possible in his spare time.
Brandon Tomassoni | Owner
Brandon, a proud Morristown native, is a graduate from Walters State Community College and East Tennessee State University. Since 2012, Brandon has been employed by Holston Gases and enjoyed much success. He spends his free time with family, friends, and enjoys going to rock concerts. He has two dogs, Holston and Marley, along with a cat named Callie. Brandon loves to hang out with his favorite nephew, Jace – whether at a wrestling match or just to grab a bite to eat. He has been to breweries throughout the country and is looking forward to bringing some of these ideas to the community.
Leslie Beach | General Manager
Leslie has a passion for serving the community where she was born and raised. Additionally, she has worked in Morristown for over two decades while raising her children, Jacob and Jillian, who are now adults. During this time, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tusculum University. Her professional background includes Office Management, Licensed Massage Therapy, Business Development, and Production Planning. Leslie is lover of craft beer, wine, traveling, music, sports, beautiful scenery, and new experiences.
